Private Training

Personal training programs are individualized to your goals, needs, and availability. Jason is fully committed to providing you with the best in personal training. The key to Jason’s success is his approach to the relationships he develops. Jason’s efforts go beyond the confines of your training session. He understands that having support as much or as little as you need is important in reinforcing, and encouraging your efforts towards achieving your health and fitness goals. Whether it is a phone call to see how you are feeling after a particularly hard training session or sending you an email of a relevant article, Jason is on the journey with you every step of the way. Training sessions are sold in packages. Your goals, needs, and availability determine the size of the package sold. Training takes place in the comfort and convenience of your home, office, gym, or local track/field.

Partner & Small Group Training

Partner and small group training is an excellent option for those who seek the motivation, camaraderie, and fun that training with a spouse, friend, and/or loved one has to offer. It is also a good way to reduce the individual cost of one-on-one training. It is recommended, but not absolutely necessary, that the partner or group be of similar ability and experience. As with one-on-one training sessions programming is tailor made to suit the group and its individuals. Packages are structured in the same manner as described for private training.
